Once you’ve added your samples to the ‘Sample Basket’, simply use the buttons next to the tiles to decide which 3 samples you want for free. Please note: we’re not currently able to offer cut samples on our full range, but aim to have this soon.

We’d advise ordering a full size sample of any tile which features distinct variation, e.g. marble, in order to see both the veining and tile colour.

We offer free postage on all samples and can deliver to either your home or work address.  We’ll aim to deliver all sample orders within 3 working days from your order date.

Your local store will be in touch by phone or email once your sample has arrived to see if you need any help with anything.

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for cut samples, but if you’d like a refund on a paid sample order please return your samples to store within 60 days for a full refund.

The majority of tiles are stocked but some may have to be specially ordered in for you and therefore will take slightly longer. Please note that, due to batching and natural colour variations, differences in shade may occur.  We reserve the right to cancel duplicate free cut sample orders.

We currently cannot deliver samples to the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM, IV41, IV42, IV44 – 49, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27, KW1 – 14, KW15 – 17, PA21 – 38, PA20, PA40+, PH9, PH15 – 20, PH32 – 44, PH49, PH50, TR21, TR25, ZE.
